Please note:

Not all services and service providers are available for online bookings. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment online. When booking online you agree to our cancellation policy which requires 48 hours notice to avoid a 50% service charge. Clients that no show will be charged 100% of the service charge. If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 please call to cancel your appointment free of charge.

Ritual Salon is not responsible for appointments that are not booked properly for a desired service. Clients that arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be required to reschedule and be charged 50% of their service from the missed appointment. Ritual Salon reserves the right to deny any service scheduled online and require a consultation if needed. 

All BALAYAGE/LIVED IN COLOR services booked online are priced as a starting point. Please book a color consultation first if you would like a better estimate of price and if your desired look is acheiveable. All color correction services require a color consultation.
